Effortlessly access critical data at a glance with OWS reports. Gain valuable insights and streamline decision-making for improved business operations.
Monitor the health of a video surveillance system by displaying crucial information at a glance with reports through OpenEye Web Services (OWS). OWS reports provide real-time or retrospective intelligence that helps businesses improve customer satisfaction, identify operational issues and prevent system downtime. They include Day/Night, Inventory, System Summary, Thumbnail and Trend Reports.
Reports can be used a number of ways. Default reports can be created to share with admins, managers or user groups. Emails with a link to a report can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly. User groups can be added to reports, so new employees can easily be added and have access to important reports.
The Day/Night or Image Verification Report shows a day and night image from each camera and compares that to a reference image. This helps identify changes to a camera’s field of view due to dirt, branches or other issues.
The Inventory Report lists details on recorders and cameras, such as current software version, IP address, resolutions and more. It allows users to identify out-of-date software or improperly configured systems or cameras.
The System Summary Report provides a quick summary of a system to show any problems. It is useful for tracking user login activity, video clip activity and recorder location.
The Thumbnail Report displays a series of images from one or more cameras at predefined periods throughout the day. Images are grouped by recorder and camera. The report is useful to check important areas and quickly spot operational or service issues.
The Trend Report shows alerts generated by one or more alert rules in graphical form to help users more effectively identify patterns or anomalies.
