OpenEye will release their new high definition analog cameras next month at the ISC West tradeshow for users.
Liberty Lake, WASH. – March 27, 2018 – OpenEye will release their new high definition analog cameras next month at the ISC West tradeshow for users who want to add HD video without the labor or expense of upgrading their existing infrastructure to IP. The new OpenEye 2 MP HD-TVI Dome Cameras are compatible with the OpenEye ‘s MA-Series Hybrid NVR and allow users to use the existing coaxial cable in place at a customer site, drastically reducing the cost to move legacy installs to the OWS platform and adding the ability to add IP cameras over time. (This product has been discontinued and is succeeded by OE-MA-Gen2.)
The 2 MP HD-TVI Outdoor Autofocus Dome Camera and the 2MP HD-TVI Outdoor Mini Dome Camera both use TVI technology to transmit high definition video over standard analog coax cables. They also offer Wide Dynamic Range to improve the video image in areas with complex lighting such as scenes with large exterior windows or outdoor locations with both sun and extreme shadows as well as Adaptive IR technology for low light situations. Both cameras are rated for outdoor use in most climates with an integrated heater for temperatures as low as -40 °F (-40 °C) and an IP67 rated housing.
The 2 MP HD-TVI Outdoor Autofocus Dome camera also includes an Autofocus lens that can make installation easier and faster and allows for remote refocusing if something in the scene changes as well as an IK10 vandal resistant housing.
OpenEye ‘s new line of HD Analog cameras allows users to upgrade existing analog installations to 1080p high definition video when paired with a recorder that supports HD-TVI like the OpenEye MA-Series Hybrid NVR.
