New OpenEye 4K cameras with rugged turret and bullet camera models

OpenEye, a leading provider of cloud-managed video surveillance solutions, announces two new 4K cameras in both bullet and turret housings equipped with True WDR, smart video compression and rugged IP67 and IK10-rated housings. The OE-C2012B8 is a 4K (8MP) outdoor bullet camera and the OE-C3012T8 is a 4K (8MP) outdoor turret camera. Both models offer excellent low light performance and adaptive IR to provide excellent high-definition images both day and night.

The bullet camera has a rugged IP67 and IK10-rated housing, well suited for installation in high-trafficked areas where its large size provides a strong visual deterrent. Built-in alarm sensor input/outputs and two-way audio connections make the camera compatible with active monitoring options through OpenEye Web Services to talk-down to people on-site and trigger relays at doors or gates.

The rugged turret housing of the OE-C3012T8 is IP67 and IK10 rated for protection against wet conditions and impact making it suitable for installation in high-traffic areas as well as areas that are difficult to access. For easy installation and remote maintenance, the turret camera includes a varifocal, autofocus, zoom lens – ensuring crisp images and the flexibility to adjust the field a view without losing resolution.

The OE-C2012B8 and OE-C3012T8 are ONVIF™ compliant, NDAA compliant, and fully compatible with the OpenEye Web Services platform, allowing multiple users to concurrently view high-quality images and set up cameras and recorders remotely using a web browser.
