OpenEye is excited to announce the release of the next generation MD-Series Cloud-Managed Appliance with Built-in PoE. Equipped with a faster processor and twice the memory of its predecessor, the OE-MD Gen. 3 appliance boasts an increased recording rate, now supporting a maximum of 32 channels. The third generation of the MD-Series is packaged in the same compact case with upgraded ventilation for improved thermal performance.
Model numbers on the pricelist will remain unchanged. The package and product labels will be updated to indicate Gen. 3 after the model number to clearly identify new systems.
Impacted Models:
The transition to the next generation is expected to begin in Q2 of 2024.
