OpenEye announces a new 3MP 30X IP PTZ camera.
Liberty Lake, WASH. – January 3, 2019 – OpenEye, a leading provider of cloud managed video surveillance solutions, announces a new 3MP 30X IP PTZ camera. The new camera features 360° continuous rotation and a 190° tilt range, true WDR, and True Day/Night for vivid low light images.
The OE-C8213 is feature-rich indoor/outdoor PTZ camera with IK10 vandal resistance, an IP66 waterproof rating and operates in temperatures down to -40° Fahrenheit and Celsius for use in most environments. The camera offers PTZ operation using PoE+ power for easy single-cable installation and offers a wide selection of mounting options.
For better mobile viewing and increased storage retention, the camera includes Smart Compression technology that dynamically compresses the video which can improve remote viewing performance even in places with poor network connectivity and allow the recorder to store more video in less storage space.
All OpenEye IP cameras are fully ONVIF compliant and are compatible with the OpenEye Web Services platform, allowing multiple users to view high-quality images and perform remote setup using a web browser.
