OpenEye, the cloud video platform company, has added Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA) to the OpenEye Web Services (OWS) ecosystem.
The integration allows ZPA to connect through the OWS cloud portal to access video from OpenEye recorders and display it within the ZPA application. It enables both live and retrospective video for verification of events.
ZPA uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify anomalies in inventory and point-of-sale data that manual reporting processes or other investigative solutions like electronic batch records (EBR) can’t find. It also automatically assigns course-corrective actions to the right workers in real time.
