OpenEye and CENTEGIX Announce Cloud-To-Cloud Integration

OpenEye and CENTEGIX are excited to announce their cloud-to-cloud integration, enhancing emergency response by automatically associating video with critical incident notifications.

This integration combines alerting from CENTEGIX with OpenEye video to stream live views from nearby cameras the moment an emergency alert is triggered, delivering critical visibility to first responders and security personnel.

The CENTEGIX-OpenEye cloud-to-cloud integration delivers OpenEye Web Services (OWS) video directly into the CENTEGIX Safety Platform. CrisisAlert™ emergency alerts are generated by wearable panic button activations and correlated with camera feeds to assist security operators through greater situational awareness. This helps support faster response by ensuring teams can more quickly assess threats and coordinate action.

Teams can also streamline investigations by combining detailed CENTEGIX alert data with surrounding video context from OpenEye to quickly identify relevant alerts, locations, and times when reviewing and sharing video. Additionally, this integration helps educational institutions meet state and district requirements, including Alyssa’s Law.

Manatee County School District is among the first districts to leverage the OpenEye-CENTEGIX integration, giving responders access to live video alongside emergency alerts when a wearable panic button is activated.
