Protect Your Systems with MFA

Shared, default and common passwords are an easy way for cybercriminals to gain access to your systems without permission. Multifactor authentication is a simple way to add security to the accounts that your employees access every day. Add another layer of protection to your OWS account by enabling 2-Step Verification in your user group settings online.

To enable 2-Step Verification in OWS:

  1. [In the Management Portal] Click the Settings icon on the right side of the screen and select User Groups.
    or
    [In the User Portal] Click the Management tab at the top navigation bar and then select User Management > User Groups.
  2. Click the Edit button for a user group to enable 2-Step Verification.
  3. Select 2-Step Verification from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click the checkbox to Enable 2-Step Verification and then click Save.
