Liberty Lake, WASH. – April 20, 2016 – OpenEye, a developer of cloud-centric software solutions for video management, business intelligence, and loss prevention, is pleased to announce our newest video management software, compatible with the new OpenEye Web Services platform: Command Station.
Command Station is a high performance VMS that eliminates port forwarding through NAT Traversal and video relay technologies, allowing end users to dramatically reduce networking complexity, especially when systems span complex VPN infrastructures. With support for multiple monitors and multi-camera cloud export, Command Station end users can take advantage of exporting video to the cloud, improving their workflow and archival of critical video events.
Command Station supports interactive and panoramic dewarping of 360° cameras, using both digital zoom and ePTZ, providing an additional surveillance option for end users.
Since Command Station is part of the OWS platform, end users can use roaming profiles to access their recorders and custom layouts from any Command Station workstation. Software automatically updates from the cloud, allowing systems to receive the most up-to-date software with a single mouse click.
Built around open architecture, OWS is ONVIF compliant and can connect to analog cameras though an encoder. To see more of the OpenEye Web Services platform, visit www.openeye.net/ows.
