Apex Server Known Issues and Limitations 2.2

  • Known Issues – DMP panels with the same account ID will be replaced automatically if auto discover is enabled.
  • Known Issues – Oncam EVO 5 and 12 sensor/relays are not supported.
  • Known Issues – Manually adding Arecont multi-sensor cameras will consume a license for each image sensor.
  • Known Issues – Exporting video with an encoder that has audio enabled will cause the export to fail.
  • Known Issues – Changing the GOP in one Arecont EVT multi-sensor will not display correctly in the UI for the other image sensors on the device.
  • Known Issues – Update camera image will fail when a custom HTTP/HTTPS port is used.
  • Known Issues – Partial imports are not displaying a progress animation.
  • Known Issues – Console can sometimes send the user to the log in screen when completing an archive to USB 2.0 devices.
  • Known Issues – Arecont cameras can sometimes cause the camera dialogue to load slowly.
  • Known Issues – Custom ports are not applied in the network settings page after configuration import even though the UI indicates that they were applied.
