LIBERTY LAKE, WASH. – January 1, 2009 –
OpenEye announced today that it is celebrating its tenth year in business. Since 1999, OpenEye has enjoyed steady growth in the expanding digital video recorders market and was recognized in 2006 on the Inc. Magazine list of 500 fastest growing private companies. Demand for digital security products has steadily increased and for the last decade, OpenEye has been in the fortunate position to take advantage of the growth.
Operating out of a 2,400 sq. ft. facility in downtown Spokane, Washington, OpenEye initially produced a single 16 channel DVR model. OpenEye now operates a 35,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Liberty Lake, Washington. What started as a single system is now a complete family of fully interoperable products including DVRs, NVRs, cameras, video encoders, and IP video management software.
