- OpenEye, Inc. announced today the release of a new online FAQ database accessible from the OpenEye Website and, with additional integrator specific content, through the OpenEye Partner Support Website.
“The new FAQ database offers product family and keyword search
functionality," said Neal Jasicko, Head of Tech Support, "making it far
easier to locate relevant support information for a specific issue. Our
tech staff are continually adding new entries based on support incidents and
product updates.”
Customers accessing the FAQ database from the OpenEye Website will be able
to search and view all open product FAQs about topics such as DVRs, Cameras,
Software, and 3rd party product support. For members of the OpenEye Partner
Support Site the FAQ Database will also contain technical resource documents
and specialty configuration information to assist in the installation and
integration of OpenEye’s products.
