OpenEye Extends Support Hours |
|
|
|
December 13, 2005, Spokane WA
- OpenEye Inc., announced today that it is extending support hours.
Beginning January 2006 OpenEye will extend its technical support hours from
4AM to 6:30PM (PST). The new support hours will apply to both its OpenEye
commercial security division and its Securgen home security division. The
extended hours are due largely in part to the needs of OpenEye’s rapidly
expanding East Coast customer base. The technical support center is
currently staffed from 6AM to 5:30PM (PST). “The 3 hour time difference from
the West to East Coast can be substantial if you are waiting to ask an
important question regarding your security system,” says Neal Jasicko,
Technical Support Services Manager. “We want to ensure that everyone has
adequate access to our support engineers whenever necessary.”
The new hours will take effect on January 2, 2006.
