Spokane WA - OpenEye Inc.,
announced today that it will release the Granite Series External Storage
Solutions into production this week. Brent Gable, PC Open’s Vice President
of Sales, stated that, “We have seen an increasing demand in the marketplace
for long-term external storage solutions. Thus we have created the Granite
Series External Storage Solutions to meet these demands.” A total of 4
different solutions are contained within the Granite Series, and the Granite
RAID 5 Solutions come in 3 different storage sizes: 1.62TB, 2.25TB and
3.25TB. The Granite series also offers a 1TB standard version of the
external storage server. These non-RAID servers are stackable up to 7 per
HDDR for a total of 7TB. PC Open, observing the need to offer customers
high-end external storage solutions, has initiated production of the Granite
Series.
